Do you provide service to different brands of equipment?Yes, we're a Lennox dealer but we can service all different brands of HVAC equipment.

How often should I change out my filters?Typically, every 60 days or so.

Should I cover my outdoor unit in the Fall/Winter?You should cover the unit with a board that keeps the snow out of the top. Do not wrap the sides of the unit with plastic. This allows air to flow and will not trap moisture within the unit, but will also keep snow out of the top of the unit.

How often should I have my unit serviced?We recommend once a year, either in the Spring or in the Fall. How we service the unit: - Clean the outside condenser - Check the operation of the furnace
